Delete your iBeauti account

Request permanent deletion here, or use Delete account at the bottom of Your account in the app. You do not need to install the app.

What is removed

Your profile, login credentials, photos, routines, drafts, shelf, notes, tags, follows, ratings linked to you, messages and other personal data are removed. Deleting a conversation removes it for both participants.

Recipient-owned copies of a makeover may keep their product and step structure. Attribution, photos and copied notes are removed; where we cannot distinguish copied notes from later edits, those notes are removed too. Shared catalog facts may remain without your attribution.

Anonymous statistics

We do not keep anonymous statistics from a deleted account. If that ever changes, the privacy policy will say so first.

Timing

Once accepted, your account is closed at once and deletion continues in the background; it normally finishes within a few days. A request requiring identity verification or linked-account review may need support. The status page will show when processing is complete.

Restricted backup copies expire within 7 days. Deleted data is not restored to active use.

Facebook requests

You can also request Facebook data deletion from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. A request for Facebook data is reviewed separately when your iBeauti account has another sign-in method. Deleting iBeauti does not delete your Google, Facebook or Apple account.

Cannot sign in?

Email support@ibeauti.com to request deletion. Include the email used for iBeauti or your confirmation code. We verify ownership before acting. Never send a password or sign-in code.
